Coming soon – How to give UK democracy a boost

IN 2011, the UK held a referendum on whether to change from the ages old ‘first past the post’ voting system to the ranked ballot ‘Alternative Vote’ method.

While the UK public opted to reject the change, the debate rages on as to how the country can reform its democratic institutions.

Should we go for a different voting system? Should we devolve more power to the regions? Should we abolish the House of Lords?

Our team will be looking at these questions in our upcoming podcast episode.

They will also be taking a look at the dangers of eco-fascism and, of course, updates on the impending US election.

In the meantime, you can listen to our other podcast episodes here.
