Pictures: Football teams display anti-racism banner on Westminster bridge

A BANNER was dropped in solidarity with the England team footballers Rashford, Sancho and Saka, on Westminster bridge this evening.

The banner, organised by the Legends football club in Peckham, reads “Rashford, Sancho, Saka we stand with you.”

Members from various women and non-binary football teams from across London gathered together to show their support for the players and against racism.

Teams included, Shes The Man United, Clapton CFC, Fuego United and Assisterhood FC.

Sukhy from Fuego United told Redaction Report: “We are here all together as a team because of the racism that’s happened, it’s just really sad and a disgrace for the country.”
