DESPITE having over 100 years of history behind it, the Labour Party has only given the UK six prime ministers to date.
Britain’s main centre-left party has had a turbulent history, ranging from storming majority governments in the 1940s and 1990s to desperately low shares of seats at other times.
In an upcoming special edition of our podcast, our team will be assessing the legacy of each of the six Labour prime ministers and deciding which of them were best and which were the weaker players – as well as considering who the best leaders who failed to make 10 Downing Street were.
In advance of the podcast, we want you, our readers and viewers, to share your thoughts.
Comment below, or email us at redaction_news@protonmail.com to tell us who your favourite Labour prime minister was, and give us a reason for your pick.
We’ll share the results of our survey in the podcast in due course.
